This is a new big block Chevy drag race style oil pan. Fits '65-'90 396, 402, 427, and 454. Does not clear '62-'67 Nova and Chevy II chassis, V8 Vega/Monza, or any with steering behind crossmember. Comes with Moroso 38360 oil pan stud kit.  We recommend our standard volume A9730 pickup tube.

• 6 qt. capacity

• 1 trap door for oil control front to back
• Dipstick is on passenger side

• Steel studs screw into the engine block and stay there, allowing repeated R&R of pan without stripping the block threads
• Simplifies pan installation and extends gasket life
• Studs have an allen head socket at one end to facilitate installation
• Lock nuts feature attached washes to serrated faces to provide grip on the pan rail
• Studs finished with a black oxide and nuts are cadium and zinc plated to resist corrosion
